Return Policy

We know you’ll love your new purchase as much as we do. But if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 7 days of delivery and we’ll issue a refund. Items must be returned back within 14 days of delivery to be eligible.

Custom, personalized, and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Conditions of return

Shipping charges for the original purchase are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Item must be in the original condition in which you received it to be eligible for return.

How to return a product

Customer happiness is always our number one priority.  If you don't absolutely love one of our products, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at alexandra@lemonhousedesign.com.  Please include your order number and the product you wish to return.  

Lead Times

Production times are listed on each product page.  Please note these estimates do not include shipping time.  This typically adds 1-5 business days for Priority Mail or Ground Advantage Package Service.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Unfortunately, I am longer able to offer customization and personalization on items that do not already offer these options in the listing.
